Data Deletion Right
How can I deactivate or delete my account?
You have the right to ask us to delete your data held by us. In the event you wish to have your data deleted, you may contact our customer services to fill up a deletion request form (“Deletion Request”).
We are sorry to hear that you would like to deactivate or delete your Abir Shop account. You can deactivate your account temporarily and reactivate it later, or delete your account permanently. Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. To deactivate or delete your account, you have to email us and our support team will contact with soon for identity verification. After your confirmation, we will erase all of our information from our server.
Please note when submitting your account deactivation or deletion request:
- Your account should not have any active orders or pending refunds
- Your account should not have any active installment plans
- You must not be a participant of any ongoing campaigns or rewards programs & contests
- There should also be no active deposit or refund requests via Abir Shop.
- Any existing vouchers and Coins in your account will be forfeited
Once you have submitted your request, our customer agent will contact you to verify your identity for security purposes before accepting the deletion. Abir Shop reserves the right to reject any deactivation/deletion request if any of the above requirements are not met.
